TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The NIHSS LOGO/SLOGAN COMPETITION is open to Seychelles residents subject to paragraph 2 below.

  2. Employees of the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and employees of the Ministry of Health directly related to the competition proceedings may not enter the competition.

  3. Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  4. To enter the Competition, you must submit your logo design, slogan and short description via email to logoslogan@health.gov.sc or send Public Relations Officer, Red Roof Building, Ministry of Health. If you have any other questions about how to enter or in connection with the Competition, please e-mail us at: ntomkings@health.gov.sc or call us at 4388301.

  5. Only one entry is permitted per person. The winner shall be announced via social media and other news outlets.

  6. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and the Ministry of Health: (a)Permission for your entry to be published on the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and Ministry of Health websites and you grant the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and Ministry of Health an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence (with a right to sub-license) to use, republish, edit and/or modify your competition entry in any/all media (including in electronic format, hard copy and in the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and Ministry of Health publications). (b)The right to use your name and other information submitted for the purpose of this competition for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of the competition.

  7. You also hereby waive all your moral/property rights in your entry.

  8. All submission items must not have been previously published or submitted to any other competition.

  9. Your entry must be your own work, must not be copied, must not contain any third-party materials and/or content, must not include any trademarks, and must not show inappropriate or dangerous behaviour, or otherwise be obscene, defamatory, distasteful, offensive, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

  10. If the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and Ministry of Health has reason to believe your entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions, then the National Institute for Health and Social Studies and Ministry of Health reserves the right to not consider it and disqualify it.

  11. The first prize is a cash prize of SCR 15,000.00 which will be presented to the winner of the competition or approved representative.
